Security Division

Icon Security Group provides a range of professional security services throughout the UK, including licensed door supervisors, security guards, and reception staff. The uniformed team, customisable to client needs, is well-trained and adheres to high standards. The company emphasises compliance with licensing laws and offers personalised solutions through manager-client meetings. Qualified in various areas, the security staff is prepared to meet diverse needs, and references are available upon request, showcasing the company's commitment to excellence.

Training & Development

Icon Security Group prioritises employee development through a comprehensive training program. Staff receive both in-house and external training tailored to individual needs, overseen by the HR manager and approved by the Director. The award-winning skills development program covers first aid, physical intervention, emergency management, and health and safety. Senior operatives excel in these areas, and Head Door Supervisors receive additional training in Team Leading or Management, with opportunities for qualifications up to Level 7 for management staff.

Reporting Procedures

Icon Security Group’s Door Supervisors are extensively trained to report incidents, ensuring thorough documentation for both minor and major occurrences. Incident reports are detailed and formatted to provide essential information. The company conducts random or client-requested supervisor visits, often at no additional cost, offering comprehensive reports. Upon contract signing, a dedicated Manager oversees your sites and reporting protocols. If issues persist, clients have direct access to the Director for resolution.

Consultancy Division

Icon Consultancy Division can help you achieve British Management Standards. Complete consultancy from establishing policies, procedures, and all necessary documentation until the successful audit is guaranteed. Once the project is assigned to the consultant, he will send you the plan for the whole project which will be monitored regularly by professional managers.

Facilities Management

Icon Facility Management is a specialised hospitality staffing agency that exclusively focuses on recruiting, credentialing, and providing highly qualified front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house hospitality support staff.

We are actively seeking motivated individuals with outstanding character to join our growing team of security professionals. We also welcome applications from self-employed individuals. Currently, we are hiring for Security Officer positions (holding a Static and/or Door Supervisor License).

Responsibilities include patrolling, customer care, loss prevention, and CCTV surveillance.

Ideal candidates should be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, have a professional demeanour, demonstrate top-notch customer care skills, and be flexible to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Successful interview candidates must have an SIA License, CSCS Card (preferable), CCTV License (preferable), provide three references, undergo a five-year checkable history, present an original passport and copy, show proof of the right to work in the UK/visa, provide proof of address (utility bills/bank statement), submit two passport-size pictures, and present a P45.
